Shipping Services
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and tracking number. If there is damage during shipping or if the carrier was unable to deliver your order and it was returned to our business facility, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
If you would like to make a donation to Lisual Art, please donate using our easy PayPal method. Donations will be used to purchase paint and canvases and to subscribe to Print on Demand services that will lower the price of products offered. Thank you for your support.

Shipping
Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Method
The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (4 – 6 business days). Orders delivered within the 48 states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. During Holiday seasons, hurricane season, low pressure events, carriers may experience delays. This may cause your order to take longer.

FedEx
The primary shipping services will be conducted through FedEx. USPS may be used as an alternative. FedEx provides tracking numbers and updates to buyer.
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If a signature is required, carrier will make delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature if required.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be determined based on size and weight as standard per FedEx. Buyer will be updated on delivery. Because Lisual Art LLC is a new small business the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

While we don’t offer free shipping right now, we do our best to offer you reliable consistent service. We’re always working to reduce our costs, so that we can pass along the savings to you.
