Lisual Art LLC offers a spectrum of high-quality art originals, prints, and customizable products through our connected partners. Lisual Art also provides secure payment and shipping making it a reliable platform for buying art and other available products. In the event that a product is damaged during shipping, we may offer a credit provided you notify us within 10 days of receipt of product.

 Lisual Art is working with third-party manufacturing centers located around the country.   When you place an order, the order is routed to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times. Some products offered are originals. Original art is labeled as original. If you receive a damaged item, please save the box, item and contact us right away.

We care about your satisfaction and will work hard to resolve any issues within a timely manner. Please feel free to contact Lisual Art for any questions or concerns about orders or your purchases. 

In the event of damage and a return is necessary, please provide your email, order number, date of order, tracking number and phone number. Please note, that the buyer will need to pay for shipping of the valid item. We must receive the item within 30 days and you must notify Lisual Art within 10 days of the event. Every effort will be made to work together to resolve any issues with shipping problems. We are committed to providing a stress-free shopping experience.

Lisual Art will use USPS, FEDEX or UPS for shipping, unless otherwise specified on the product page or purchase page. Please Note, Lisual Art does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Lisual Art LLC is a new business, created in 2021. We strive to ensure a pleasant and professional experience with you.  Currently our products are offered at the lowest cost that is afforded to maintain producing visual art for our customers. The time limits for returns are short so that we make sure we have the funds available in the event of unplanned problems with delivery of products. Thank you for understanding.
