Can I be a site member?
Yes. Everyone who signs up can be a site member. To improve security for our members and guests, an email is required for verification to protect against bots and spam. Lisual Art members will receive special discounts and coupons for future purchases.

Member Privacy or Public?
Members may set their profile to private or public. When you set your profile to public, this will allow you to interact with other members on the site. You have the option to appear as anonymous. You will be able to view the site members, followers and profiles.

Members have access to products, a more personable shopping experience and shopping cart. Members receive special discounts and coupons. Being a member helps to ensure site security for our customers to protect against bots, spam, fraud and attackers. By taking a few minutes to start an account, you will be able to quickly make purchases, check your order status, obtain rewards, coupons and more!

What other security features are offered?
Site members, logins and cart pages may ask for email verification and to confirm that you are human. Lisual Art cares about our customers and thanks you for your cooperation and patience through these extra security measures.
1 | What about taxes?
Buyers are responsible for paying all sales and use taxes that apply to purchases. Applicable taxes will be added to the invoice after the purchase.
A sales tax is the full amount owed to the government and is paid by the consumer at the point of sale.

2 | How does shipping work?

After the purchase of a product, the buyer will be notified about product shipping, usually between 1-3 days after purchase. Original artwork will be shipping using a common carrier (UPS, FedEx) shipper. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Member coupons for shipping may be applied at time of purchase.
For products through Print-on-demand, the print-on-demand businesses will handle shipping of product and you will be notified by email. If you have any problems with print-on-demand services, please contact Lisual Art.
An email confirmation will be sent to the customer that the order is on the way to the customer.

3 | How do payments work?

Following each paid order online, the customer will receive an invoice. Please make sure your email is updated and correct. Gift cards or member coupons may be used at checkout. Please understand that Lisual Art is a new growing business and we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds at this time unless there is damage from shipping. An email from Lisual Art will be sent to the customer to keep the customer informed about the status of their order.

4 | Subscriptions

Please purchase a one-time payment subscription for $1.99 to purchase original artwork. The plan is good for two years. The subscription helps to maintain the security of the site and helps to avoid scams and bots.
